We have had a great experience at Gentilly. We have seen improvements in adding a security gate and the internet service added into our lease payment (saving us $33 monthly). We have been taken care of without question with some tree trimming around our mobile home, and just could not have asked for a better and more quiet place for our son to live. Buck was great to work with to get us the best sale price for our property based on current demand. They will sell it for you with way less fee than a realtor. It sold within 7 days because of their tips to us to get it ready AND mostly their repeat business and high interest in a well cared for park. I would recommend Gentilly Park as the most affordable solution for college students. Buying vs renting helped us in so many ways. But rent rates are great too, I am sure. War Eagle!
