Welcome to the Auburn Area

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the wonderful Auburn area and tell you a little about what we have to offer at Gentilly Park. There are several different options and features for all types of living. We have three large student mobile home parks, rental units from one to three bedrooms, and large, shaded lots for tenants who own their own mobile homes. For the country lovers, our Saddlebrook Park has rentals and lots available approximately 4 miles outside of town that are 1/3+ acre lots.

If you are interested in rental houses, duplexes, or apartments, we have several that are located in the city or the country. The ones in the mall area are within a one mile radius of grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and convenient to the schools and local businesses. If you prefer quiet, country living, we offer mobile homes and houses that are away from it all yet still convenient to campus. We also offer horse stables and a pasture. If you are looking for a place to store your extra books, bikes, furniture, clothes, etc., we have mini-storage units that are convenient and affordable.
